Tribe101 and Ireland 101 Travel Department General Terms and Conditions
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: We accept most major credit cards as well as Laser and Visa Debit cards.
PAYMENTS: A full payment is required for all persons for this event.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail or e-mail) to Ireland101 and acknowledged by Tribe101 (e.g. replied to by us within a reasonable amount of time) prior to the beginning of the event during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT/BST, Mondays through Fridays). Cancellations received within 70 days of departure date are subject to the following penalties:
• 69 to 46 day’s notice 25% penalty per person
• 45 to 8 day’s notice 35% penalty per person
• 7 to 1 day’s notice 50% penalty per person
• On day of event 100% penalty per person, i.e. no refund, sorry.
• Please note that the minimum cancellation fees are €35 per person at any time within reason and subject to the total value of that booking.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN: Unfortunately we are unable to offer travel insurance policies to persons travelling to the event, but we do require all passengers to have the most appropriate travel insurance policy for them, if any. Please ask your local insurance provider / bank for fitting coverage so suit your needs.
EVENT ATTENDEES: To promote an enriching event and travel experience, Ireland101 and or the O’Malley Clan Association reserve the right to reject any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the wider event group.
TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Passengers necessitating unique attention must advise Ireland101 at time of booking. Passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as the drivers at the event cannot provide individualized help. As the coaches may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps, all tour members must be able to mount 3 or 4 steps into the coach. Ireland101is not responsible for denial of services by any of our suppliers. Due to space restrictions, passengers wishing to take wheel chairs, oxygen tanks, walkers or other assistive devices must send a request in writing for approval.Ireland101 reserves the right to ask any individual to drop out of an event our tour if they have not provided this advance notification.
MEALS: Meals are provided as specified in each tour program. Dinners in hotels are on a table d'hóte basis. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special considerations, and we will do our best to accommodate you.Ireland101, The O’Malley Clan Association and partnering restaurants and hotels will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all food intolerances/special diets. It is the individual's responsibility to let Ireland101 know if they have any food allergies or restrictions when they make a booking. Neither Ireland101 nor The O’Malley Clan Association will be held responsible for any passengers not informing us of food allergies or dietary restrictions.
VISITS, ENTERTAINMENT AND OTHER FEATURES: The O’Malley Clan Association reserves the right to substitute visits, entertainment and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.
CHILDREN: Children 12 or over are charged the full adult rate and must travel with an adult.
UNUSED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Tribe101 cannot make refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services or features of any tour or event unless agreed upon prior to departure.
CLAIMS OR DISPUTES: Claims or disputes should be submitted to Ireland101 in writing no later than 28 days after the end of the tour or event otherwise they are dropped from our system and waived by the purchaser or attendee.
LAW: Your booking and purchases contracts with Ireland101 and Tribe101 are subject exclusively to Irish Law and Jurisdiction.
RESPONSIBILITY: Ireland101 Limited, Castleforbes House (Block B), Castleforbes Road, Dublin 1, Ireland, is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organisation, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided. Without limitation Ireland101 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation any wilful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local law or regulation of any third party such as an airline, train, hotel, bus, taxi, van, local ground handler or guide, financial default or insolvency of any supplier and/or restaurant which is, to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Ireland101 is not liable for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, default of any third party, attacks by animals, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. Ireland101 reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter the itinerary as it may deem necessary or advisable. Any disclaimer of liability by Ireland101 under this clause is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of this clause is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this clause shall not be affected or impaired. Changes in the RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE can be made only in writing signed by an officer of Ireland101.
IMPORTANT: Ireland101 accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we insist you travel with a comprehensive travel insurance policy which you must purchase at home before travelling.
VALIDITY: Rates in this website are valid from 1st December 2018 to 20th June 2019 and are quoted on a per person, sharing twin room basis. All prices are shown in Euro and are calculated on currency rates and fares existing on Dec 8, 2018. Ireland101 reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect published prices.
