At first phase, the app is applicable for two families - O'Connor (its surname variants) and O'Malleys (its surname variants)

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I create an account? TThe onboarding process is manual

    • Email us with your name at [email protected] and we will supply you your personal login details. 
  2. How do I add relatives to my chat? To add distant relatives to your chat, follow these steps:

    • Email us their name and contact details at [email protected] and we will supply them their personal login details. 
  3. How can I start a new chat? To start a new chat, follow these steps:

    • At the outset you will be added to 10 chat rooms; 7 are based on your family discussions and 3 are based on Irish cultural topics. 
    • You can enter into any of these chat rooms and participate in the discussion
    • You can use family rooms/ learing rooms to experience face to face video meets with you family member(s)
  4. I forgot my password. How can I reset it? If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

    • On the login screen, tap on the "Forgot Password" option.
    • Enter the email address associated with your account.
    • You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  5. How do I report a bug or issue? If you encounter any bugs or issues while using the app, please let us know by contacting our support team. You can reach us through the following methods:
